This long-legged beauty’s dam Pr. St. Balalaika VI is a full sister to the Elite Stallion and Stallion of the Year Buddenbrock.  She is sister to Briska, the top auction mare in 2007, and is closely related to Bandera (3 year old Trakehner-Champion Mare, and 4th placed nationally in Germany).  She is also closely related to the Elite Stallion Blitz und Donner.

After weaning of her foal, Bakira was started under saddle, and shown in the Dressage Ring.  She has been trained first-second level, and has competed at the training level, making it to the Regional Competition (Region IV, Midwest Championships).

Champion of the Centerline Dressage Novice Competition Recognition Award, 2012 with scores of 80.833% and 73.452%
